I will do my best to test this, and reply with what I find. I would suggest that you or anyone else do testing to verify. Again, since I can't verify this completely, I can't officially say whether it is true or false but the evidence points towards it being true. I also have seen that others have noticed this due to wiki editing. This could be a coincidence resulting from a meteor shower and lantern night occurring at the same time, but it is unlikely due to the number of times this has happened. However, it appears that during every Lantern Night I have experienced (over 5 of them), there have been Enchanted Nightcrawlers spawning. Response from another editor: I could not find any specific evidence that Enchanted Nightcrawlers spawn during Lantern Nights. I believe this to be false, as the devs specifically stated in section E of the changelog that: Enchanted Nightcrawlers can now spawn naturally during meteor showers.
